Bases and Folds: Make an Origami Water Balloon Base!

The Water Balloon base can be used for many origami animals, flowers, holiday stuff, and other origami creations. If you don't know how to make one, you've come to the right page! Like always, you'll need a 6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm) square sized paper to make the Water Balloon base. Let's begin!~

1.) Start with the colorful side facing you.

2.) Fold the paper in half from right to left.

3.) Open the paper and you should see a crease along the middle.

4.) Fold it in half again but this time from the bottom to the top.

5.) Open it up and you should see many creases on the paper.

6.) Turn your paper to the other side.

7.) Take the bottom right corner and connect it with the top left corner.

8.) Open it up.

9.) Take the bottom left corner and connect it with the top right corner.

10.) Open it up.

11.) Take the left and right sides and connect them both to the center.

12.) While holding the left and right sides in the center, take the bottom part and connect it to the center along with them.

13.) Let the folds sit on each other, then turn the origami piece around. Congratulations, you've made an origami water balloon base!~  :D
